  • Four live 1-hour sessions with Jonathan on Zoom
  • Four live Q&As giving you an opportunity to ask Jonathan your specific questions
  • Worksheets to help you dig deep on particular topics
  • Weekly homework which you can have reviewed by Jonathan to keep you on track
  • Weekly emails to keep you motivated
  • Email Jonathan at any time if you need additional help or information
  • Each session is recorded and shared in audio and video format for you to watch or listen to in your own time
